New Producers Lab at The Fresh Ground Pepper Festival
An experimental art party from the New Producers Lab that will celebrate, interrogate, and maybe excoriate the highest office in the land. A talented group of unique, visionary candidates will participate in a full-fledged presidential election, including campaign speeches and a moderated debate. The constituents (you) will vote, and the president elect will be inaugurated. By the end of the night, the president will be protested and impeached - and then we’ll really party.
I'm playing Young Coach Bryant in this upcoming show at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
“Bear Country feels like a winning game in a championship season” – Tuscaloosa News. Run time: approximately 1 hour 50 minutes* with intermission

ABOUT COOL SHIT/WEIRD SHIT:
Every month is a brand new late night conceptual comedy show in which the guests are encouraged to do things that are far from your typical stand up, sketch, or improv. Whether it's playing the Beatles "Abbey Road" all the way through and having comedians perform visual acts to each song, a show where all the material is catered to one of the host's Dad, or a show where each performer has to face their greatest fear live on stage--Cool Shit/Weird Shit has it all. Some of the stuff you see will be cool. Some of it will be weird. All of it will be Cool Shit/Weird Shit.
Rachel Rosenthal is a long-time improviser who loves her friends! Now she brings together some of those fine people to do some very fine improv indeed. Friendship and comedy? What more could you ask for? So far, we've lined up the incredible Patrick Williams & Matt Clevy & Anne Veal to join me on stage! Woo hoo!
